MIXED REALITY
Mixed Reality (MR) combines elements of Virtual and Augmented Reality. Like AR, it overlays digital content with the real world and the content is anchored and interacts with real-time objects. A major difference between MR and AR is that in MR, digital assets can be visibly obscured by real world objects. Essentially, it is a combination of AR and VR, using a head-mount display (HMD) but they are not shut off into a virtual world but rather uses the real-world and the AR aspects overlays computer generated graphics.
